We have lived here for 3 years and just signed on for another year, Travis the maintenance guy works long days by himself to keep our property clean and fixes all issues in a timely manner. Although we will miss our old property manager Chelsey I’ve become fond of Marisa our new property manager. She took the time to get to know the property from Chelsey and has been extremely helpful and friendly when ever we’ve had issues or concerns.

We've lived at Pointe East apartments for over 3 years now, in the last 3 years we've had several property managers who didn't always take care of issues...

Pointe East has been home for us for the last four months. The manager, Chelsey has been nothing but accommodating. We were able to get an apartment move in ready day of when our original apartment fell through, but we are so glad it did. As soon as we walked into the office we felt relieved and comfortable. The floor plan is great and the remodels really make it feel like home. My boyfriend lived here in years prior and always told me how much he loved it but now I understand. The walk through kitchens are what make the space. We live on the top floor and have vaulted ceilings. I'm really impressed and grateful to have such a nice apartment. Housing is in high demand and the prices are competitive. 24 hour gym access and a well lit parking lot. Go take a look, you'll be glad you did.I’m
